Qi Gong Self-controlled Walking Package. New course commencing first week November.

Weekly class focusing on consistent practice and learning new Qi Gong techniques.
Regular Martial Arts class
Weekly class teaching the core boxing theory of Hung Mok School. Focus on "Jingtan" power, emphasising footwork, timing, angles and distance, all intricately coordinated to establish an effective combat system.
Self-healing Exercises for frozen shoulder
A simple alternative to more costly acupuncture or massage treatments. Exercises can be mastered quickly to help treat the cause and symptoms of frozen shoulder.
