Comprehensive Qi Gong practice
Qi Gong requires consistent practice to achieve optimal health benefits. The longer you practise, the more refined your movements become, leading to smoother mental guidance and enhanced results. When practised in a group, participants can resonate with each other, amplifying the health benefits. This class provides a dedicated space for students who have completed the Qi Gong course, where the instructor will offer guidance to refine and continually improve their movements.
Who can join
Students who have completed either WBS001 Self-Controlled Walking Exercise or WBS002 Body Rotation and Guidance Method of Integrated Qi Gong for Internal Health Care.
Course Details
Thursday evenings 7.30pm to 9.00pm.
Each class lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Fee
$780 per month for 4 weekly classes.
