Integrated Qi Gong for internal health care
Integrated Qi Gong for Internal Health Care is a series of traditional health-preserving exercises that have been modernised and simplified to help individuals learn and practise. It comprises multiple sets of exercises and is specifically designed to address common urban health issues in contemporary society.
Self-Controlled Walking Exercise is an entry-level practice that’s easy to learn. Participants relax their minds and bodies while walking at a gentle pace, following the instructor’s guidance. The focus is on synchronising hand and foot movements with breath and mental guidance to:
Regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and improve sleep
Boost metabolism, detoxify, and aid in weight loss
Alleviate stomach discomfort and prevent digestive issues
Enhance the body’s cardiopulmonary function
Who can join
Open to all ages. No prior Qi Gong experience required.

Every Friday, starting Friday 7 November
7.30pm to 9.00pm.
8 classes in total, each lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes
