Hello everyone! ๐ Since I started learning Qigong self-controlled walking in August, Iโve been practising every morning consistently. Even during my 11-day trip to Shanghai last month, I still practised in the morning. After practising for a while, I sleep really well every night and can sleep through until dawn without needing to get up to use the bathroom (previously, I needed to go once or twice). Now I wake up feeling energetic every day, and I'm very happy. ๐ I also feel less afraid of the cold. It's really important to work hard on training so that the body becomes stronger. ๐ช

Thank you, Master and all my fellow practitioners, for your patient guidance. Since I started learning Qigong, I feel more energetic when I wake up, and my Qi sensation is more sensitive. I can also inhale for longer than before. However, I haven't had much time to practice, so my hands and feet are not yet well coordinated. I need to work harder! ๐ช๐ป

I have mild hypertension, but after practicing Qigong, I feel my breathing has become more stable and smooth. I even tested the changes before and after practicing Qigong and found that my blood pressure was lower after practicing. I believe that continued long-term practice will help with hypertension. ๐ช๐ป

The classes were lively and engaging, progressing from simple to complex, encouraging active participation and interaction. We have truly benefited greatly. These eight lessons are just the beginning; to fully grasp their essence, we must continue to practice diligently. I believe everyone will achieve results in the future. Since starting this course, I've become more relaxed and at ease, and I find myself wanting to practice every day.
