  • Hello everyone! 😊 Since I started learning Qigong self-controlled walking in August, I’ve been practising every morning consistently. Even during my 11-day trip to Shanghai last month, I still practised in the morning. After practising for a while, I sleep really well every night and can sleep through until dawn without needing to get up to use the bathroom (previously, I needed to go once or twice). Now I wake up feeling energetic every day, and I'm very happy. 😄 I also feel less afraid of the cold. It's really important to work hard on training so that the body becomes stronger. 💪
