Team
A martial arts Sifu, or master, plays a crucial role in guiding students through their training journey. They impart not only techniques but also the philosophy and values behind the practice, fostering a deep connection between mind and body.
Master William Lee Tim Lok
Master William Lee Tim Lok, also known as Tim Chi, is a third-generation practitioner of the Hung Mok School. He trained under Cheng Leung, the son of the school's founder, as well as the renowned martial arts master Cheng Kam Chung (Cheng Yeung).
Master Lee has expertly mastered the unique techniques of the Hung Mok School, which blend the Hung Quan bridge hand style with the Mok family's leg methods, incorporating the snake-like rat step and "Jingtan" power. His movements are fluid, and his fighting style is distinctive.
Meridian
Master Lee has a deep understanding of Chinese meridian theory and the intricacies of the human body's energy pathways, as well as the balance of yin and yang. He has combined this ancient wisdom with modern physical therapy techniques to develop a comprehensive pain treatment system that merges both Chinese and Western medical approaches. He founded the "Meridian Chiropractic and Pain Rehabilitation Centre," where he has successfully assisted countless patients in reclaiming their health, earning widespread recognition for his efforts.
Qi Gong
In addition to combat, Master Lee has dedicated many years to practising the Hung Mok School’s internal health method, Qi Gong, fostering a harmonious balance of body and mind. To preserve and promote Hung Mok martial arts, he established the "Hung Mok Style Dragon Martial Arts Sports Association." Over the past 30 years, he has tirelessly trained countless students, ensuring the legacy of this art continues.
Charity work
Master Lee is passionate about charitable work. During his early training with Master Cheng Kam Chung, he volunteered as a counsellor at the Cancer Rehabilitation Centre, which was established by Master Cheng. There, he guided many cancer patients in accelerating their recovery through qigong treatment. Since then, he has actively engaged in charitable volunteer efforts and health lectures for many years, dedicating himself to giving back to the community. He embodies the principle of "taking from society and giving back," earning widespread recognition for his professionalism and enthusiasm in serving others.
Our team
The team, composed of students at various skill levels, creates a supportive environment where members can learn from each other. This camaraderie enhances the training experience, as practitioners share insights, motivate one another, and build lasting friendships. Together, the Sifu and the team embody the spirit of Qi Gong and martial arts, promoting personal growth and community strength.
